• Wood Four Board with Steel Backing Gate Package $8,500-$10,000

• All-Steel Four Board Gate Package $10,000-$18,000

• Arch Top Gate Design Package $12,000-$20,000

• Ornamental Custom Design Gate Package $15,000 and up

​Additional information:

• Electricity: We require 120v electricity at the site of gate install for the Operator. If you do not currently have 120v electric, please contact a certified electrician to run power to your gate location. We can install solar, but Lift Master does not recommend Solar in the state of KY due to winter months of limited sun. You are welcome to submit a request for a quote prior to contacting an electrician.

• We will not mount to existing posts for the purpose of mitigating risk

• We can pour concrete footers for columns and provide a reference for stonework​
